Hello everyone! I'm participating in the Chicago Polar Plunge for my company Charles Schwab, presented by Jackson, benefiting the Special Olympics and Special Children's Charities on March 5th. For each $10 donated, I will be in at least waist deep for an additional second in the freezing waters of Lake Michigan. Goal is $2500; I'll stay in for 250 seconds, beyond that, I will dive fully underwater and swim back to shore! It'll finally fulfill my life long dream of becoming a human popsicle! I'll be preparing with cold showers, cryo pods, and ice baths for the next month! I have never participated in a polar plunge before, so wish me the best of luck! Please donate!
On Sunday, March 5, 2023 I will be participating in the 2023 Chicago Polar Plunge, celebrating more than 20 years of plunging! I am excited to take on the challenge of the Chicago Polar Plunge and jump in to Lake Michigan’s chilly waters to support thousands of athletes that participate in Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities programs. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
