This year I’ve decided to try to fundraise to do the 24th Annual Polar Plunge on March 3rd, 2024 at North Avenue Beach!! The new year is all about trying new things, and when new things coincide with helping people then the benefits are plentiful!!
I’ve never done the Polar Plunge, but it’s on my bucket list — and even better, the funds help support Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities programs that provide life-enriching activities for thousands of athletes in Chicago! Ensuring folks with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments is extremely important and helps with a fulfilling life — something everyone deserves and needs!
