Our Story

On Sunday, March 3, 2024, TEAM TANG will participate in the 2024 Chicago Polar Plunge,which will be our 14th Polar Plunge. Over the last 14 years, TEAM TANG has raised $275,000 due to your support and generousity and for that we thank you! We are excited to take on the challenge of the Chicago Polar Plunge and jump into Lake Michigan’s chilly waters to support thousands of Chicagoans who participate in Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities programs. Through your donations, people with intellectual disabilities can discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.

There are three easy ways to support our plunging efforts:

  2. Join our team and take the plunge with us at North Avenue Beach on March 3, 2024.
