Week 1 (May 4 - 10) Family time
Daily activity ideas: Family dance-off, take the dog for a walk, go for a bike ride, play tag, make a meal together, have a family talent show, play board games, do a puzzle

Make a new meal together as a family.
Set a fundraising goal of reaching out to 5 people you know to make a donation to support you.
Week 2 (May 11 - 17) Sports
Daily activity ideas: Toss a football, play kickball, play catch, toss the frisbee, try a sport you’ve never played before

Play red light, green light and have some fun running fast!

Week 3 (May 18 - 24) Get outdoors
Daily activity ideas: Fly a kite, do some gardening, create chalk drawings, go for a bike ride, walk the dog, create an obstacle course with things you find around the house

Do something outdoors everyday.
Add some outdoor activities into your normal routine. Dr. Marc Gorelick loves to bike, so this week, he will be biking to work, the grocery store, and just for fun.
Week 4 (May 25 - 30) Health and wellness
Daily activity ideas: Join a free yoga class online, take 15 minutes to meditate each morning, make a healthy meal, listen to a podcast, read a book, mail a note to a friend or family member
