All you need to sign up is submit a photo and a brief description of your loved one with Down syndrome and then be there at the walk to enjoy the spotlight!
Anyone who submits their loved one's photo by September 8th will have a personalized poster to hold while they walk the runway!
The 9/8 deadline to sign up to get a poster has passed.
