For victims of domestic violence, asking for help can be one of the most difficult steps to take. Fear, uncertainty, even shame can be overwhelming. But when victims do reach out for help, they Choose Hope!

I decided to Choose Hope because I have witnessed survivors turn into warriors, children become superheroes, and volunteers/staff members become fighters. Working at LSS CHOICES I have heard horror stories, but I have also witnessed miracles. CHOICES is providing hope and support to every survivor fleeing from their abusers. If it were not for CHOICES, there would be no place to keep survivors safe. Therefore, that is why I am joining the Choose Hope campaign and wanting to raise $3,000. I see every day the importance of the CHOICES organization. It is vital to have this organization to keep women, men, and children safe.

Our 24-hour crisis hotline, legal and community advocates, counseling, peer support groups, and other critical services help victims leave behind abusive relationships and create a safer future for themselves and their loved ones.
