I have been associated with JA NJ and NY for the last 6 years and it has been a very fulfilling experience to see the impact the team has on the students especially in providing them access to counselling, exposure and helping them get better prepared for life ahead!

I am especially encouraged by the passion and dedication of key memebrs of the JA organization - Catherine Milone and Dawn Schwartz - who lead and bring a rare passion to the cause - by example.

It has been a rewarding experience whether you go to a school for the "JA in a Day" program, where you focus on financial literacy, or go to "JA Biz Town" and focus on real-life skills of high-schoolers from less-privileged backgrounds.  The impact the orgnization has been having on these kids is heart-warming to witness!!
