I didn't get hurt at my first 5k last year, so I'm being bold and doing it again! I hope to bring more awareness to Cityteam, provide support for our SJ Men's Recovery Program, and (gasp) go outdoors and exercise. If seeing me outside and walking isn't enough motivation for you, there's also music, food, and some great raffle prizes. More importantly, Run4Recovery is an opportunity to financially support our Men's Rescue Mission and Recovery Programs here in San Jose.
I am going to WALK the 5k, but if you'd like to run the 5k or 10 k, I'll cheer you on as you lap me. There are a variety of ways you can help support me:
