About Clays for Kids

On September 25, 2026 bring your best shot and help us raise money to support children and teen victims of abuse and crime in our community. 
Last year, this event raised over $50,000!

Clays for Kids is a 100 bird course, with an additional longbird competition. 

Cash Prize for 1st place team: $1000

Cash Prize for 1st place individual shooter: $1000

Longbird Challenge: $20 to compete. Each entry enters you into the 50/50 raffle. Longbird includes 8 shots and each hit gives you another entry. Tickets available at the longbird station day of the event. 

Raffle: $50 entry for gun raffle.

  • Beretta A300 Ultima Semi-Auto Shotgun (or Burge ProShop credit). 

Open to participants only. Must be present to win. Tickets available via prepay or day of the event.

Live Auction: Come ready to bid on great live auction prizes during lunch. More details to come.

Shooter Information

Bring your own shotgun and shells. Limited shells available for purchase- contact Burge Club for questions and more information. Eye and ear protection required on the course.

Golf carts required- You are encouraged to bring your own or let us know if we need to have one available for you at the event.

This event is rain or shine.

All ages welcome, under 18 requires a parent/guardian accompaniment.

A Child’s Voice is a nonprofit Child Advocacy Center serving Newton and Walton counties with direct services for child and teen victims of abuse and crime. Our team provides forensic interviews, forensic medical exams, family support services, therapy, and more for families affected by crime and abuse.
