I will be taking part in the Project Place Climb for a Cause at Fenway Park! With my team Sweet CaroClimb, we will be climbing 1,545 stairs—one for every adult currently experiencing homelessness in Boston.
We will do our best to climb all those stairs!
We are raising funds for Project Place’s mission to end homelessness in Greater Boston. Project Place is a great charity that works with individuals to provide the skills, education and resources needed to obtain and sustain employment and housing.
To give some tangebile costs: $100 provides a month of commuting costs for a client’s new job, $250 purchases a new set of professional clothing and shoes for a client to use at their next job interview, and $500 covers a full set of household staples like kitchen utensils, cookware, and plates for a client moving from transitional to permanent housing.
