As a Community Builder, supporting and empowering the residents of the City of Burnaby, I know firsthand how our United Way dollars are making an impact. Thanks to the support from donors like you, we have been able to help families access nutritious food during the COVID19 pandemic; we have connected traumatized and isolated community members with necessary social and mental health services so they can begin to thrive; we have supported our frontline workers through grocery pickup & deliveries and community-created care packages. So this year, I'd like to do my part to give back to these amazing people I call my neighbours. I pledge to conquer the Grouse Grind (if you know me, you know I have no endurance and hate stairs) with your support! Please help me in raising funds for our communities and the United Way of the Lower Mainland :)
