The Dream Team represents the staff and youth from the Cardinal McCloskey Community Services Education, Strategies to Success, Fair Futures and Preparing Youth For Adulthood programs. Young people in foster care have hopes and dreams for the future. We work together to help these rising stars identify goals, learn skills, get the necsssary education and training thus achievieng the Dream.

As you may imagine, it takes alot of effort to evolve from a traumatized young person to an adult who has achieved their Dream.  First we must earn the trust of our youth.  How do we do this?  By being there for them when they need us, by never ever giving up on them, by always reaching out to see how we can connect, by listening and responing to their concerns.  

With your support we can help our youth reach for the stars. Whether we are providing necessary equipment and supplies or advocating for appropriate services for students to succeed. Whether we are conducting virutal career readiness and life skill workshops or helping youth learn to access necessary resources, we are there and so are you.  Many thanks for your generous support!
