Sometimes, it's hard being a kid. Many of the kids we serve have added challenges such as poverty or low-income homes and little experience or knowledge of possibilities post higih school. College Mentors for Kids provides college student mentor and elementary school buddy partnerships to discuss a variety of opportunities for their futures, including college, trades, ROTC, and many more!

I enjoy being involved because I get to spend time with 40 little buddies each week and participate in fun activities centered around careers, culture and diversity, and community service. This year, I am serving as the Vice President of Programming, which is a role similar to Principal on our Wednesday activities. I am responsible for helping our General Managers, Mentors, and little buddies succeed every week.

I love this program so much and we can't do all of this without your help. Your contribution will allow us to continue this program on our campus and provide items such as snack, transportation, and activity supplies. Our semester budgets are often tight and difficult to stay within, because of the needs of our classrooms. Please consider making a donation to help me meet my fundraising goal!
