This page is to fund College Mentors, an organization I am a part of at NC State. I get the opportunity to hang out with my buddy, Zoe (shown in pictures) once a week and show her what it is like to be a student on a college campus. The College Mentors program serves many children; most of them live in poverty or low-income homes, and more than 80% of them don't have a family history of higher education. 

Hanging out with kids is something I have always really enjoyed, and I love that I get to spend time with Zoe every week. She is truly the highlight of my week and I love getting to show her what my daily life is like. A little bit about her, Zoe is 9 years old and loves the color Gold. She also plays basketball, and has one older sister (just like me!). The goal is to introduce Zoe to college and get her thinking about all of the great things she can achieve through schooling. 

This money goes directly towards getting my buddy to and from NC State and paying for her snack once she arrives here. I would appreciate any money donated in order to help my buddy make it to campus to hang out with me!
