College Mentors for Kids pairs college student mentors with our little buddies to serve as positive role models for these kids and open their eyes to new opportunities, helping them to create new visions for their futures.

I love this program so much that I am now a GM for the second year in a row for my own buddy family here at Ball State!!! And aren't they the cutest?!

Before becoming a GM, I was a mentor to a sweet and sporty little boy named Lincoln on Tuesdays. He was the best, and I'm sad I can't be his mentor anymore, but I know he's still doing great with his new mentor!

Many of the kids we serve have added challenges; many of them live in poverty or low-income homes, and more than 80% of them don't have a family history of higher education.
