The Central Outreach and Advocacy Center works to prevent and end homelessness. I see people experiencing homelessness everyday on my way into work in downtown Atlanta so I am aware of the need there is for these services. I have also met guests who have been helped by the OAC on MARTA, and they have expressed to me how much the services they received meant - that is, just what a difference getting a birth certificate or id made. I am grateful for everything the OAC does and for the kindness with which they treat their guests, and I am grateful to be a small part of it. I invite you to join me in this fundraising challenge.
