I choose to be apart of College Mentors because ever since I have heard about it, it has inspired me to be apart of it. I love to be around kids and to learn life from their point of view. As a freshman in college in Exploratory studies, I have explored many carrer paths that I could go in. None of those stood out to me more then Psychology. I love to learn about why we think the way we do and how our brain works. I have always loved being around kids and I have my how life becaue my mom is a kindergarten teacher. Going in and helping the children has made me realize that I want to be a children's psychologist and help kids feel better! Being a college mentor has given me the opportunity to really ocnnect with my buddy and see how she views the world and it really has inspired me!
