Mentoring changes lives! Research shows that kids with mentors view themselves and their futures more positively than those without mentors. Their ability to view themselves in a more confident light also transfers into real world success; kids with mentors are shown to achieve more positive outcomes in school, the workplace, and their communities. Growing up is a challenge for everyone, but mentoring can make it easier, and that is why I chose college mentors!

Through College Mentors for Kids I get to connects with kids through weekly on-campus activities that inspire growth, confidence, and brighter futures.

I love volunteering because I get to spend time with my lots of amazing little buddies each week where I am able o participate in, and lead super fun activities. I love learning alongside my buddy about careers, culture and diversity, and community service from all of the amazing organzations that we have as guests! Not only do we get to explore our world together, but my little buddies helps me grow as a person and learn so much. Through college mentors I am able to give back to my community, and practice important leadership skills in the meantime.
