This is my third year in College Mentors at Virginia Tech, and my fourth year mentoring. This program holds a special place in my heart, as do the kids belonging to it. This program helps develop future leaders and instill confidence in our local youth, both of great importance.

I love walking out of class on Tuesdays, knowing that I get to spend the afternoon with my little buddy. From fun activities to meaningful conversations, I am always reminded that the little moments in life are the important ones.
