As a child, I had different mentors and role models in my life. I believe that it is important for all children to go through life with a friend and mentor by their side. Through College Mentors For Kids, we are able to help a child's smile shine brighter and give them a friendly face to look up to each week.

I enjoy volunteering because I get to spend time with the little buddies and the other mentors. I also enjoy learning alongside the buddies about culture, diversity, and community service. This program helps me to give back to my community, and I'm learning important leadership skills in the meantime.
