Every 15 minutes in the United States, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect, making CHDs the most common birth defect in our country. The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to making a difference. Our mission is clear - we aim to raise funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation in its quest to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding groundbreaking research.

Ben was diagnosed with CHD during our routine 20-week ultrasound. Since then, Ben has had 3 open heart surgeries and multiple other procedures and he's an insipiration to us all daily. Ben's CHD is not fixed or cured after these surgeries, but rather his blood & oxygen flow is more regulated. CHD does not define Ben, he's a toddler who loves the zoo, going to the park and dancing like no one is watching. 

We are very passionate about the research funded by the Children's Heart Foundation and the impact we hope it has on Ben's future. We invite you to join us in this mission.
