I’m walking in this year’s Buddy Walk to support the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO) — a powerhouse of connection, advocacy, and resources for individuals with Down Syndrome and the people who love them.

This isn’t just a fundraiser for me — it’s personal.

For over 15 years, I’ve had the deep privilege of working alongside people with Down Syndrome. They’ve been my teachers, my laughter buddies, my perspective-shifters, and my heart expanders. They’ve challenged me to lead with compassion, to celebrate the small stuff, and to show up — fully and authentically — for the people around me.

I can honestly say: I’m a better human because of them.
