Come Together: Celebrate 60 Incredible Years of The Arc of Cape May County!

The Arc of Cape May County is going “VIRTUAL” for this year’s annual event on May 8, 2021. Support from community members, like you, ensures that people with disabilities are empowered to succeed in their chosen communities.

We continue to support our individuals with COVID-related emergency needs:

  • Access to telemedicine
  • Acquire PPE supplies and cleaning needs
  • Access to technology to better see and interact with family and friends as well as virtual programming opportunities, and more.

Our $60,000 goal this year will honor our 60th anniversary and ensure we have the resources needed in 2021 for the people we support due to the impact of COVID-19.

Our theme of “Come Together” is inspired by you — our donors, sponsors, and supporters — because it is your support that allows us to continue to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Cape May County live, work and thrive.

It is The Arc of Cape May County’s pleasure to introduce Cape May County Commissioner Director Gerald M. Thornton as our 2021 Community Advocate Honoree. Learn more about our 2021 Community Advocate Honoree.

Come Together Host - Pete ThompsonWe are excited to welcome our official Event Master of Ceremonies, Pete Thompson. Pete Thompson has been the “sports guy” at the Jersey Shore since 2004. He spent a decade doing local TV sports for WMGM-TV, NBC 40 (Wildwood) until that station was sold at the end of 2014.

We can’t wait to see everyone virtual and we have designed a virtual program that will be both fun and engaging as we share our mission and the success of our mission with all of you at home!
