The last 17 years of my career has been about connecting youth to themselves, others and nature. The moments I have had the privilege to watch when a student ties a new knot, summits a mountain, moves through group dynamics, and comes together as a team, are the amazing moments when I know something has changed in them. The moments I don't get to see when they put into practice their new skills, or have the confidence to try something new are the magical moments that no one really has the words for at Outward Bound but we know they exist. Getting to continue on this journey over the years has been an honor and excited for the next group of students about to embark on their life changing journeys in just a few short weeks!
