Fundraiser event for LifeScape Rapid City

Saturday, October 22 at the Spearfish Holiday Inn!

Registration opens at 10:00 a.m., with tournament play beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Regular entry fee will be $60 per team and $30 per solo player.

Registration for corporate teams is $250 which includes sponsorship perks!

LifeScape in Rapid City offers therapies to children on an outpatient basis, as well as providing outreach services to schools, daycare centers, and homes in western South Dakota. We also house RISE Custom Solutions, which provides orthotics, prosthetics, and wheelchair, walker, and other mobility solutions.
