I am rappelling with Ft. Lauderdale Youth for Christ to help put a stop to youth violence in our city. Our students are more isolated and anxious than ever before.  2 years ago, school shootings were a constant threat and now Covid-19 fears have piled on.  These fears help drive the anger, fights, and violence that continue to hurt our kids.

We have been invited into 10 schools to mentor students, teach them how to create fulfilling friendships with their peers, and to share the hope of faith in Christ.  We need to hire at least 2 more staff in order to make this happen.
