How to Participate in the Online Art Auction
Why do I have to register for the online Auction? The Creating Opportunity Art Auction will take place during the Montezuma Ball but is separate from the Montezuma Ball's live auction and other traditional events. Participation in the art auction requires separate registration, which is free.
Step 1: Register for the Auction.
This will provide you with a bidder number and the necessary information. If you’re attending the Montezuma Ball, staff will be available to assist with the online Art Auction registration. However, we recommend registering in advance to streamline the check-in process on the night of the event. Step 2: Download the Givi App.
The Givi App offers the most convenient way to place bids during the auction. If you are on your phone

Step 3: Log into the Event on the Givi App using your phone.
Enter the email you registered with or Search for "Creating Opportunity". If you don’t have a saved credit card on file, you’ll need to enter one to participate. If you decide not to bid and would like the card removed, our event assistants will be happy to assist you.
