I am in Kindergarten at West Shore Christian Academy and I love it so much. I am learning about God just as much as I am learning academics and that has been so good for me. I memorize a Bible verse each week and so far my favorite is "I am God all powerful. Obey me and do what is right." My school teaches us to ROAR. That stands for "Respect. Being Organized. Attitude. and Responsibility." I have been working hard to practice ROAR. I told my mom that "it feels good to be organized" and "I like being responsible, like my principal says." I love my teacher at school. She makes learning so fun. Everyone at school is nice. All of the staff and teachers know me and each other. They encourage me.
My mom loves West Shore Christian Academy as much as I do. It's expensive to go to private school, so WSCA helped support me financially so I can go to school and get a Christian education. My mom wants to give back since they so freely gave to us. I'm running in a fundraiser called Race for Education on Friday. It would mean a lot to our family if you would be willing to sponsor me. Any little bit helps! My mom thinks this is a special opportunity to help other little girls, since much of the funds raised go towards providing families financial assistance like I have.
