Degrees of Change is a community based organization that prepares diverse, homegrown leaders to succeed in college and career. Because it's these amazing young people who are in the best position to transform the inequities that persist in our communities. 

This year, these leaders have navigated college and careers in a pandemic, raised their voices to fight injustice around the nation, and created meaningful impact in their communities.
