I am proud to be walking with The Dream Team. We work with our teens and young adults in Foster Care by providing Youth Development services and programs. 75 years and going strong (not me, Cardinal McCloskey)!  Special shout out to the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill; we are standing on your shoulders.

The Dream Team supports our teens and young adults in foster care to take a great leap into a successful future. Through Education (Strategies to Success), Preparing Youth For Adulthood (PYA) and Connect 2 Success (Fair Futures) we help our youth achieve their Dreams. Won't you join us?

We engage and support our young adults as they identify thier purpose, leading to a fulfilling career/education path, and we help them follow through to make their dreams a reality.  We provide opportunities to develop life skills in a fun way.  We believe in our youth until they can believe in themselves. Why? Becuase their lives matter!
