Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is thrilled to invite you to its 2022 Spring Gala! The virtual event will feature a number of speakers sharing their insights on the importance of reducing food waste and hunger. Including this year's Keynote Speaker and Honoree, Brett Swanson, the head of Grubhub's Community Affairs and Social Impact team.

In 2021 alone, RLC rescued over 1,200,000 lbs of food across eight US cities and broke fundraising records. The 2022 Spring Gala hopes to celebrate these accomplishments and support a cause that has become more important than ever.

All funds raised will support our work to rescue 2,000,000 lbs of food in 2022 - our largest amount ever!


