Chris Hilkey
About Me!
Chris, a Rogue Valley native, graduated from Crater High School before pursuing a degree in economics and business finance at Southern Oregon University. He furthered his education at Linfield University, earning a Post Baccalaureate in Accounting. With 18 years of experience in the investment and accounting sectors, Chris has dedicated much of his time to serving local nonprofits. He currently sits on the board of directors for Creative Supports and is active on various committees, including the finance committee for United Way of Jackson County. Outside of work and volunteer commitments, Chris enjoys quality time with his family, traveling, CrossFit, farming, and immersing himself in nature. His journey with Sparrow Clubs began over a decade ago when his son, Cohen, was adopted as a Sparrow at Crater High School. This experience sparked Chris's passion for the organization, which brings love and awareness to the trials and triumphs of each Sparrow. He feels fortunate to be involved in a program that not only supports these children but also fosters empathy and connection among participating students.
