Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Director, Friendship Village Senior Services

Carmen Fronczak is an innovative and transformational leader—and the proof is in the way her organization has grown and expanded to better serve seniors under her tenure. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer and overseeing marketing operations for the overall Friendship Village organization, Fronczak also serves as the Executive Director of their Chesterfield community campus.

Fronczak is a registered nurse with a degree in business administration and a Master of Science in Health Informatics. Since joining Friendship Village in 2012, her strong background in healthcare and sales leadership has been integral to the continued expansion of the company’s senior services offerings and integration of its operations.

Fronczak develops and leads strategic sales initiatives for independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing at the Friendship Villages campuses in Sunset Hills and Chesterfield, MO. 

Carmen brings the same passion she possesses for serving seniors to supporting Independence Center—and she’s looking forward to seeing how far some dance lessons will take her!
