As a patient and volunteer for DAP Health, where I receive the most caring, compassionate and comprehensive primary care - in any of the 40-something countries where I've worked - I'm inviting you to walk with me and my River of Hope team or to donate what you can to assist others in marginalized communities to get the healthcare care they need and deserve, regardless of their ability to pay.

The DAP Health Cause

Paving the way for a more just system where everyone in Southern California has access to healthcare. 

We walk out loud to help dismantle the system barriers preventing our most underserved communities from accessing quality health care. 

We walk out loud for health equity. 

We walk out loud because health care is a human right!

Historically, the LGBTQ+ community has faced disproportionate health care challenges, a reality that persists today. By walking together on October 26, we honor those we’ve lost and strive for a future where health care is accessible to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or socioeconomic status.

Health equity means all people have the same access to health care, no matter their background or current circumstance. 

At DAP Health, everyone is welcome, with no one ever turned away due to their inability to pay.
