Help Me Reach My Goal!

My goal is to raise as much as I can to help bring transformative arts programs to children. Your donations--both votes for me and event tickets--go toward my fundraising total and help determine the winner of the mirror ball trophy! Thank you for being part of my journey and for supporting this great cause!

Why I am dancing for Young Audiences Arts for Learning

I have the distinct honor of serving a culturally rich community that has always celebrated our shared resilience with “soulful” dance, music, and joy.  Young Audiences is a remarkable partner in our work, helping our Academy and so many other deserving communities enjoy the benefits of artistic expression. Congrats to YA for another incredible year of arts learning!!!

About Me

Rob Connor is the co-founding Head of School at Christina Seix Academy in Trenton, one the country’s only private boarding schools focused on serving under-represented families.

A proud alumnus of Morehouse College, Rob holds a PhD in Educational Policy and Management from the University of Pennsylvania and recently served as the Harber Fellow of Educational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Wesleyan University. He also serves as a Trustee of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, the Watershed Institute, the NJ Assoc of Independent Schools, and Centurion, one of the country’s oldest nonprofits, focused on the vindication of the wrongly convicted. Above all, Rob is a devoted husband to Dr. Sushama Austin-Connor for 21 years and a father to two remarkable sons, Lekh and Rowan Connor.
