Hi! I’m Coach Dino Camire, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and proud owner of One Family Fitness Centre in Winnipeg. At One Family Fitness Centre, I work with people from all walks of life—youth, athletes, weekend warriors—to build strength, grit, and community inside and outside the gym.

This September, I’m honoured to lift in Deadlifts for Dreams 7, standing alongside an incredible team from One Family Fitness to support The Dream Factory—a local organization that brings joy and hope to Manitoba kids battling life-threatening illnesses.

Our mission goes beyond reps and sets. We’re lifting for something bigger than ourselves—to show up, push limits, and make dreams come true.
