We're proud to represent Team One Family Fitness in Deadlifts for Dreams 7, a fundraiser in support of The Dream Factory—an incredible Manitoba charity that grants dreams to kids facing life-threatening illnesses.
This year, our team features Ken Martens, who is 79 years young and is stepping onto the deadlift platform for the very first time. Ken has been training with Coach Jen and Top Coach Dino. Together, this amazing trio is lifting with purpose—focused on Ken's personal goal of successful lifting, as well as Coach Jen's goals in lifting and coaching, all while helping to make an incredible child's dream come true.
Ken is defying the odds with a pacemaker, a powerful mindset, and the support of our entire One Family Fitness community. Coach Jen will be right beside him on the platform, and Top Coach Dino will be there lifting & supporting every rep of the way!
