Our team (Kayla, Rupali, Caroline, & Shuban) are hoping to raise $3,000 this January for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation! Pediatric Cancer affects more people than we frequently recognize and around 43 kids in the United States alone are diagnosed with cancer every day. As society takes great strides to find cures and treatments for cancer, a commonly overlooked area is Childhood Cancer research. With only 4% of the government's funding for cancer research being directed to treating Childhood Cancer, we recognize just how important it is to ensure that organizations like NPCF are able to access the funding they need to progress society to finding treatments and cures.
