Deep Dive 2021 Combat Diver Reunion

On 21 August 2021, the Combat Diver Foundation will host our annual reunion and fundraiser, Deep Dive 2021!  Join us at the Flora-Bama Lounge in Perdido Key, Florida. We'll have a charity dive, a memorial 5k on the beach, live music, lots of amazing prizes, a display of Combat Diver gear, and maybe an awesome demonstration!

Proceeds from all fundraising events will go toward supporting the mission of CDF.

Auction & Raffle

Auction items will be available for bidding begining Monday, 31 May 2021. You can view a full list of inventory here. Shipping is FREE. Some items require customization or coordination with the vendor so please note before bidding.

The auction is online and global but the raffle is different. One must be present at Deep Dive 2021 to win the raffle.

How to Register

For the 5k (INCLUDES the auction)

  1. Hit the ‘Register for the Memorial 5k’ button anywhere on this site. Registration includes an auction ticket (a $10 value), a race t-shirt, a raffle ticket (a $10 value), and food/drink tickets for the event (a $20 value).

  2. Early bird registration ends 30 June 2021.

  3. Select ‘5k Run/Walk

  4. Fill in your personal information. Be sure to provide a cell phone number to receive instructions for downloading the Givi app where all bidding will take place.

  5. Include an additional donation to the Combat Diver Foundation if you wish.

  6. Fill in billing information.

  7. Select ‘Place Order’ and you will be registered for the event! 

  8. You will receive an auction ticket by email. Please print or retain your ticket code as this will be required for mobile check-in and bidding on items during the auction.

  9. Download the Givi App on your smartphone or tablet. You must download the app and enter your ticket code to access the virtual auction.  

For the Auction ONLY (Does NOT include the 5k)

  1. Hit the ‘Register for the Auction Only’ button anywhere on this site. Registration includes a raffle ticket (a $10 value) and food/drink tickets for the event (a $20 value).

  2. Early bird registration ends 30 June 2021.

  3. Select ‘DD21 Registration’. Include an additional donation and/or buy a DD21 Event Shirt with your registration if you wish.

  4. Fill in your personal information. Be sure to provide a cell phone number to receive instructions for downloading the Givi app where all bidding will take place.

  5. Tell us whether you will attend in person or not. If you bought a shirt, tell us which style, size, and color you want.

  6. Select ‘Complete Registration’ and you will be registered for the auction!

  7. You will receive an auction ticket on screen and by email. Please print or retain your ticket code as this will be required for mobile check-in and bidding on items during the auction.

  8. Download the Givi App on your smartphone or tablet. You must download the app and enter your ticket code to access the virtual auction.

FAQs

  • Do I need to be present to win? I can't make it to the venue.
    • Not for auction items! No need to be present to win. We will notify you by email and send your prizes to the address you provided.
    • However, you MUST be present to win raffle items.
    • Some prizes require coordination with the vendor. If we can't reach you in one week (approximately 30 August) we will terminate the event and determine what to do with unclaimed prizes.
  • Can I buy or bid on items without downloading the Givi app?
    • Yes! Just send an email with your requirements to events@combatdiver.org and we can do it for you but you MUST be registered for the event.
  • I bought some items but my card hasn't been charged. When will that happen?
    • If you made purchases or bids AFTER registration, your card will not be charged for those transactions until the event ends on 21 August. However, vendors will still fulfill and ship your orders immediately.
    • NOTE: Your card WAS charged immediately for purchases made DURING the registration process.
  • I bought some items, when will they ship?
    • Vendors will fulfill your orders immediately. NOTE: This can vary by vendor and product so pay attention to the product description when you make your purchase.
  • Help! I accidentally bought something I didn't want. What do I do?
    • Vendor purchases are between you and the vendor. Please contact them first but cc events@combatdiver.org and we may be able to facilitate.
  • Help! I need to cancel a purchase. What do I do?
    • Vendor purchases are between you and the vendor. Please contact them first but cc events@combatdiver.org and we may be able to facilitate.
  • How do I check out?
    • You will be automatically checked out at the end of the event on 21 August. Your credit card will be charged at that time for purchases, donations, and any winning auction bids.
  • Can I see additional photos of the items?
    • Yes. Simply click on the item in the Givi app and then you can swipe the photo to see additional pics.
  • I can't register on the Givi app because I don't have a US number. Can I still buy/bid on merchandise?
    • Yes! Send your credit card information (number, expiration, address, and CVC to events@combatdiver.org and we can bid/make purchases for you.
