This will be my fifth year participating in the Dempsey Challenge, just as long as I have been working at the Dempsey Center. As many of you know by now, all of the services we provide to individuals and families impacted by cancer in Maine is at no cost to them, something that is made possible by the donations from each and every one of you. Some of these services include counseling support, massage therapy, nutrition consults/classes, movement/fitness classes, and so much more! The Dempsey Challenge is an incredible day to rally together, and be surrounded by people working towards the same goal and supporting our mission. It brings me renewed commitment to my work each year I get to participate!
