The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
I ride in the challenge to help the Center and their fabulous assistance they provide to those that battle cancer. My own experience with family and friends that have battled cancer has lead me to Caring Community Cuisine,a nonprofiut in Kennebunkport, www.ccckport.org. We are in our 9 th Challenge to help support the Dempsey Center Cancer Warriors with their battle. Please donate to my ride and help our team reach our goal for the 2025 Challenge.
Any one who would like to join our team is most welcome. Strength is in numbers. Run walk, ride or volunteer for Team CCC Kport! Focusing on family nutrition and human interaction to help those battling cancer.
