The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
My daughter-in-law Deeann and I use the Dempsey for support and guidance as we navigate through her cancer journey. This organization has been invaluable to us and we want to give back to it so as many families as possible can benefit from it. It takes a village as they say and we are grateful to have found the Dempsey Village!
