Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.

This year, this work is more and more personal for me as two close family members are now on their own cancer journeys. Please donate, to help support thousands of cancer patients, survivors, care partners, and their loved ones. Gifts of any amount will provide no-cost support for years to come.

I've committed to running a 10K for this challenge, which is truly a challenge having to train in this DC swampiness. No sweat though (haha)! I also set up a team "Soup2Nuts" to reflect the comprehensive services the Dempsey Center provides. If you'd like to join me to raise $$ for this cause -- you can complete your challenge virtually if you can't make it up to Maine -- do let me know.
