Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

Hello all my friends.  

I am signing up for the Dempsey Challenge 2025!  This year I am signing up for the 10 K run.  Last year I participated in the duathlon challenge--with a run of 4 miles then a bicycle ride of 21 miles.  That option is not available this year, so I have opted for the 10K run challenge.

The Dempsey Center is a wonderful organization that provides support and help to people with cancer as well as their families at no cost to the patient.  As some one who has had cancer, and as someone who has relatives and friends with cancer, and as someone who has provided health care to children and adolescents with cancer, I know the Dempsey center does wonderful work and is a very important t resource.

The Dempsey Challenge is their big fund raiser to keep their mission going.
