Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

As a client of the Dempsey Center during my recovery from breast cancer treatment in 2023 - I've seen first hand how important the work is that the center is doing. I was able to take yoga classes, access counseling focused specifically on dealing with a diagnosis and survivorship, as well as receive acupuncture which I found out was one of the only things that eased certain side effects of my treatment. The ability to access these services for free, at such a warm and welcoming location, was a bright light in an otherwise very difficult time. 

The challenge is an amazing opportunity to support the Center and our team looks forward to participating again this September. 

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
