It seems that every year I register for another Dempsey Challenge, cancer creeps closer and closer to home. This year I'm participating with more heart than ever in honor and support of loved ones I've lost, loved ones who survive, and loved ones who are fighting hard right now.

Thank you very much for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Challenge. This is the main fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by Maine native Patrick Dempsey that makes life better for people impacted by cancer. The Center is dedicated to easing the side effects of cancer by supporting the physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being for people living with cancer. It doesn't matter where they are on their cancer journey, and all services are free.
