Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost. 

Since 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working as an oncology counselor at the Dempsey Center, and it has truly been the most meaningful work of my career. Every day, I witness the profound impact our services have—offering relief from stress, lifting emotional burdens, and helping people feel truly seen and understood.

Having supported my own father through his cancer journey, I often reflect on how much of a difference these kinds of resources could have made for him and our family. That personal connection is what further drives my passion for raising awareness about the Dempsey Center’s mission and ensuring more individuals and families affected by cancer know we are here to help.
