My best friend, Jodi Mendelsohn, is facing stage 4 ovarian cancer with unmatched strength, grit, and courage. Her journey is an uphill battle, but if you know Jodi, you know she is unstoppable.

That’s why our team is proudly walking as Jodi’s Juggernauts.

A juggernaut (noun): a powerful, overwhelming force that cannot be stopped.

Jodi embodies that spirit every single day, and we will be by her side—step by step—as she continues her journey of healing and survival.

On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, we’ll join thousands of others in Lewiston, Maine, for the 17th annual Dempsey Challenge. This incredible event supports the Dempsey Center, which has been making life better for people impacted by cancer for 17 years. The Center provides comfort, connection, compassion, and choice to cancer patients, survivors, loved ones, and care partners—all at no cost.

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
