Cancer has deeply impacted my life. I lost my grandfather to lung cancer, and my grandmother bravely battled breast cancer before passing away later in life. Beyond that, I’ve seen close friends and family members have their lives completely changed by this disease. These experiences have inspired me to take action — to help others who are facing similar battles.

That’s why I’m taking part in the Dempsey Challenge — an event that directly supports the Dempsey Center, a place that provides critical care and resources to individuals and families impacted by cancer. The Center offers a wide range of free services — from counseling and support groups to integrative therapies — all designed to make life a little easier during an incredibly difficult time.

This cause is close to my heart, and I’m fundraising to help ensure the Dempsey Center can continue to do its life-changing work. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.
