Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge! I'm running my first 5K! I would really appreciate any amount you can spare to help me fundraise for this amazing challenge. Cancer has affected all of us and we're doing our best to fight back! 

I lost my sister back in 2016 when she was only 45 years young. Ever since her passing, I've strived to live a healthier lifstyle. I lost over 80lbs, gained even more muscle and completely changed my eating habits. At 44, I'm in the best shape of my life. I stay active through coaching baseball. I don't just instruct the kids, I work and develop them. So when they're running the bases, I'm running right beside them! Promoting a healthier lifestyle to improve physical and emotional well-being is a gift to be able to share. 

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
